• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.

Chek Style is a platform that connects users with beauty service providers (e.g., nail salons, hair salons) in Vietnam. The Service allows users to:

• Discover beauty services through a content feed
• View service provider profiles and offerings
• Book appointments with service providers
• Communicate with service providers through in-app messaging

Chek Style acts solely as an intermediary platform. We do not provide beauty services, employ or control service providers, and are not a party to any agreement between you and a service provider. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any services offered by service providers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

• When you make a booking through the Service, you enter into a direct arrangement with the service provider. Chek Style is not a party to such arrangement.
• You agree to honor your bookings and arrive at the agreed time. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions or permanent suspension of your account.
• Pricing for services is set solely by the service providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy of pricing information provided by service providers.
• Any disputes regarding the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of services shall be resolved directly between you and the service provider. Chek Style bears no responsibility or liability for the acts, omissions, or quality of services provided by any service provider.
• We do not guarantee the availability of any service provider or that any booking will be fulfilled.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other accounts
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam
• Collect or harvest personal data of other users without their consent
• Use automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written permission

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service (e.g., reviews, photos, messages). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Service. This license continues even if you stop using the Service or delete your account.

Our Content: All materials provided through the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Chek Style and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Content Moderation: We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, remove, or modify any content at our sole discretion, without notice and for any reason.

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Chek Style and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Chek Style name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Chek Style. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any services obtained through the Service will meet your expectations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chek Style shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any services obtained through the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

In no event shall Chek Style's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount you have paid to Chek Style, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD 50), whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chek Style and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such suspension or termination.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We have no obligation to retain, store, or provide you with any data or content associated with your account after termination.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12) shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court of the Republic of Korea, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the Service with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes where required by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
